Our New Performance camp is designed for Advanced Players. We strongly recommend they should be playing for A team football before signing up. Our BRAND NEW format for each Day will be split into: Morning - Players will be in groups of no more than 12 & They will rotate throughout the morning to perform different elements relating to training like a Professional footballer. - SAQ - Technical practices - Strength & Conditioning - Opposed practices (i.e. possession or transition) Each player will experience each aspect. Afternoons using the same format but with more emphasis on match elements. - 1v1s & 2v2s - Conditioned games - Mentality workshop - Matches So over the course of each day players will experience 8 different elements & 4 different coaches.
